any ISP. |

if you just do smaller scale, it is ok to just write a program to do it or
use software.
if you want to send out large amount of emails, you'd better use a service,
because the services take care of delivery, while your own program can send
email, but the emails may be deemed as "spam" and can not be delivered.
There are more beyond what you could see on the surface, email marketing is
a subject all by itself... |
