2,可以。
3,做清帐目就没事;有费用。
4,不可以。
5,不是的。
6,你没麻烦。
7,LLC 就是这样的。
创业可去qiqiaocun.com 看看,有问题也可在哪儿问。 | a**r 发帖数: 661 | 4
LLC is better for you. more flexible
sure, why not. If you trust her, let her own the company, as a minority, she
has advantages
no problem, you can claim loss for several years as long as you can justify.
for fees, each state has different policy, check your state website.
just list you home as office, should not be any problem.
No.
If they donot have visa issues, I donot see any problem. As of hiring people
,
do not start with full or part time employee, hire contractor first. there
are
tons of things associated with employee, such as payroll, legal issues etc.
talk to professional if you have to. or try something like HR outsource
service
depends how you file your tax. you can file as a corp or "pass through", for
later, the llc do not pay tax, all income goes to owners. owners pay tax.
go get a book such as LLC for dummies
