directs educational programs, in the areas of biostatistics, computational
medicine, statistical genetics, epidemiology, health economics, health
services research and computational biology. The Department currently
consists of two divisions: Biostatstics (38 faculty members) and
Computational Biology (7 faculty members). The discipline of biostatistics
