s******n 发帖数: 95 | 1 Multivariate ANOVA & Univariate Repeated-Measures ANOVA, are they the same
thing?
Any idea is welcome, thank you so much! | s******n 发帖数: 95 | | j*****e 发帖数: 182 | 3 They are the same if you choose matrix R as unstructed in SAS. Otherwise,
they are different. | B******y 发帖数: 9065 | 4 很精辟呀!
【在 j*****e 的大作中提到】 : They are the same if you choose matrix R as unstructed in SAS. Otherwise, : they are different.
| s******n 发帖数: 95 | 5 But there is no Multivariate option is software STATISTICA, there is only
Repeated-Measure ANOVA available, so that's why I doubt they are the same
thing | j*****e 发帖数: 182 | 6 Use SAS to apply both analysis. You will get the same result if, in repeated
statement of proc mixed, you specify type=un. It sounds like Statistica is
not as advanced as SAS. It may has some default setting for the matrix
corresponding to repeated measurement, such as CS, AR1, etc. If these sound
too technical for you, take a course in design. |
