Please give me your advices.
My situation is:
1. MSEE from a good university.
2. 6.5 years experience as a SAS programmer at Pharm and CRO.
Now I am in a CRO working as a senior SAS programmer, doing TLFs. I have
been doing TLF for more than 6 years. My current company "loan" me to do
programming at a pharm company. However, the contract between my company (
CRO) and current pharm is ending. My current company is going to loan me to
other pharm companies: multiple opportunities. On the other hand, I also got
an offer from another CRO; the job is in house working. The pay are almost
the same for both.
What is your suggestion on my situation? Should I take the new offer,
working in house for another CRO. Or should I stay with my current CRO and
let my current CRO to loan me out to a pharm again?
I am weighing in the two choices for my future career development.
