a*z 发帖数: 294 | 1 I would appreciate any help on my issue.
I have R 2.15.2 (32 bit and 64 bit) on a windows 7 ultimate (64 bit system).
I have RGtK2 package installed and updated.
I installed GGOBI (2.1.8, and later changed to 2.1.9) installed on C: drive.
I have gtk+-bundle_2.22.1-20101227_win32 downloaded and unzipped (7 zip) in
C: drive. I set the environment variables in path (c:\ggobi; c:\gtk\bin)
Then I installed rggobi package from CRAN. When I tried to load the package,
I got a popup window saying an error message "The program can't start
because libxml2.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the
program to fix this problem." I did uninstall / reinstall several times.
In my R console, this is the message:
> library(rggobi)
Error in inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...) :
unable to load shared object 'C:/Users/Aman/R/win-library/2.15/rggobi/libs
/i386/rggobi.dll':
LoadLibrary failure: The specified module could not be found.
Error : .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'rggobi', details:
call: fun(libname, pkgname)
error: Could not load the rggobi library - please ensure GGobi is on the
library path
Error: package/namespace load failed for ‘rggobi’
Any comments / suggestions are appreciated.
Thank you. | a*z 发帖数: 294 | 2 anybody uses rggobi? Thanks. |
