it is a very simple but confusing non-SAS question!
比如开始治疗是 1/15/201３
6 month visit target date is 7/15/201３ monday （？）
假设　 6 month visit window 是 + - ７　day
那么该窗口有效期　是　７／８／２０１３ monday (window open date) 　到　７／
２１／２０１３ sunday （window closed date) 　？
这样的计算正确吗？
主要问题是不确定　window closed date 应是7/21/2013 sunday or 7/22/2013
monday
