We are now looking for a Statistician to head our R&D team. We are growing
fast and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us! THIS ROLE IS IN
DALLAS TEXAS!
What you need for this position:
- BS in ChemE or ME; PhD in Statistics is ideal
- 8+ years of related statistical analysts, design of experiment and/or
modeling industrial experience
- Knowledge of Bayesian Statistics, Minitab and R
- Working experience in large companies is a plus.
- Above average leadership skills in communication, analytical problem
solving, teamwork and drive for results
What you'll be doing:
-Lead R&D statistical analysis
- Analyze, design of experiment and modeling across new product development
- Develop new analysis methods, tools and build overall organizational
statistical capabilities
- Coordinate overall intern and new hire statistical analysis and training
- Manage large, complex data sets
- Provide technical support to the organization's staff regarding program
evaluation, including developing logic models, selecting appropriate
evaluation focus and methods, instrument design, data analysis, and use of
results to inform project direction and activities
