我知道401k在60岁前取是要有10%罚款的，如果我过个几年就打算回国的话，是不是自
己就不用往里面放钱了？

发帖数: 53 | 5 It sounds like TI 401(k). Please contrubution at least 4%. TI will matach
this same % to you account.
Vest mean sthat you are eligilable to get the TI portion. As I konw it is
one year policy. Don't worry whether you are going to back to China. The
money is yours even if you are in China. Just put the money there. Trust me.
