its book value, and the previous two ERs beat.
I am holding 5000 shares, and will take more if the shorts sell it down. I
guess I am a strange buyer that shorts hate the most.

company is state-own or private. many people say this is not a good year
for china real estate. the bubble will break and the price of house cant
maintain the high level.
i guess i just hold it, the after trade price is only about 4 dollars
according to the google finance.
