walking distance to a great mall - very high sales per square feetage.
I have seen retailers come and go pretty quickly. The mall will not and have
not lowered its rent. Only large chain stores can survive. Most inviditual
retailers are out.
For street retail or neighborhood ones, much worse. Lots of vacancy started
last year.
I believe AMZN will keep high growth. The customer loyalty is pretty high.

s of traffic. and I'm a big fan of Amazon -- I spend more money shopping wit
h them than with all other retailers combined.

software revenue had been deferred and amortized over 2 years.
Starting 1/1/10, hardware revenue is to be recognized immediately upon
delivery of products, and software revenue is still deferred.
As such, in the q1'10 revenue guidance, included is the part of the
accelerated recognition of previously deferred hardware revenue.
in terms of amount, it should be a fraction of $500MM.
