One of my favorite things about technical analysis/charting is uncovering
past patterns that resemble what’s happening right now in the market.
Doing so allows for comparison to see if history is repeating, and if

2. it was a two-legged correction with second leg undercutting the first on

发帖数: 8363 | 8 The volume clearly doesn't support a rebound. The selling volume since
late April is stronger than the buying volume between Fed and April, and
that means there's more fear than greed in the market.
With PPT around an engineered bounce is possible any day, but market can
not stay high for long w/o convicted buying power behind it. |

squeeze. It is very likely the index may takeoff from here at least for the
next few weeks.
I doubt, however, that we are going to make any new high in the near term. With Eruopean crisis tangled, with the finance bill in the formation, and not to mention the GDP/job data today... plus the hovering 10 pct jobless rate, the more plausible scenario is we bounce from here to another support line (say 10500-10600 level) in the prepa |
