I have not looking at banked owned market for a while. But i just took a
look within the several weeks. Banks seems desperate now.
one townhouse from 109000 to 88000
one condo from 11000 to 99000
one condo from 134000 to 114000
Also notice mortgage rate has been all times row which indicates a very bad
housing market
