rate until the end of 2011.
The only problems right now, is 2 drilling rigs ships from Hyundai. It costs
several billion. So far they don't have finance on them.
If they get land some contract(prefer longer term) for their drilling ships,
they could get the finance from the banks, otherwise, no one knows.
the stock is cheap, but until they get the finance, they stock will not make
a large move.
