1. 一家公司要被另一家公司收购，如果收购价好，股价自然会上涨并接近收购价，你
可以通过股市销售，也可以在消息确实的情况下，通过broker办理。如果收购价不好，
那你当然就要跑的越快越好了。
2. 你完全可以不用理会投票选举。当然，如果你想长期持该股，你需要仔细阅读proxy
document，然后再做决定。没必要call broker。 |
