short-sellers' agent. I would rather believe RINO.
But even if everybody knows Muddy Waters is a scam and RINO is solid, they

中概公司无一例外的是ceo拥有绝大部分股份，ceo的利益与share holders的利益重合
点不多
不过 据我的经验，rino不会跌倒什么样子，当然 也不要买入了
毕竟这个muddy不是什么大机构

The attacks by shorts are becoming less and less effective, because almost
all people know shorts are the true SCAMs.
