6.1B is a possible target that could offer a 20-30% premium. Its
institutional holders hold the majority outstanding shares, and these
institutions are not those malicious ones. That's another plus. The major
impetus comes from whether its drug sale could be seen as an infringement to
JNJ's patent or not. Takeover is possible, but depends on the sale and
final valuation of the company.
