REE is explosion ran into commodity correction. but the bottom of this
correction is in place. also shows a high low and a higher high. the last
3days sell off is dwindling in volume. should come to an end very soon. don'
t sell unless it cross below this line.
the Rare Earth story is not finished just because China promise to export.
China has used it once for political purpose, no guarantee that won't use it
for a second time. If the story is truly over, this thing back down to $3
long ago.

by when would u call it a bull market then?
generally, people say it's a correction when spx drop 10% from high, a bear
market when spx drop 20% from high. Now spx up 20% from recent bottom, and
made new high, still bear market?
