pull this market down for a correction. FED seems determined to continue the
balance sheet expansion until summer. I kind of feel that inflation can not
get to the target until the housing market turns around, which seems still
quite remote.
I guess FED will have to keep buying treasuries to keep balance sheet from
contracting even after QE2. Will it finally be something we should worry
about? |

summer qe2结束以后，Fed大老们就会被再次绑架。
不过这也不是长久之计，其实我向每个人都还是希望看到经济在被拔掉了qe输氧管之后
还可以继续自我扩张。

But it seems like most of people in the market today is expecting a better
unemployment data tomorrow, that is why the market opened high and stayed
higher throughout the day
Hope the market is right that there is a better number tomorrow
Technically, the market(SPY) has proved its support on 130-131, so I don't
think there will be sharp decline to break through that level. There is
just too much free money on the side line waiting for fishing the bottom.
On the other hand, the market valulation now is very expensive, it will take
a lot of courage for new money to buy into this market at the current level
. Profit taking will be a reasonable thing to do for the people who has a
lot profit.
So it seems like we might see the market swing between 130 to 135 for a
while. |

painted a very rosy picture.
I want to say that the number might be too good for us to be comfortable of
buying this rally. The corporate earnings might have peaked in this quarter. |

versus the market expectations of 185K (note: this is the expectation before
yesterday 2011-3-3, yesterday's expectation is higher than 185K),
unemployment rate dipped to 8.9%.
And the market is taking some profit now.
The question is that whether this small profit taking lead to a deeper
correction?
Maybe not today.
