The shorts are accusing CCME of fraud. The longs think the shorts are
committing fraud (with various attacks used by MW and others).
Waiting for the 2010 audit report from D&T by March 15. This stock will
either go over $20 or drop to $8 or lower in 2 weeks. |

They are not allow to make management decision on the book.
Don't think they are willing to risk lawsuits from this one if they see
fraud and didn't report it.
So far, they have not resign from the audit so I would assume it is still
going according to plan.

out clean.
With over 70% short interest over float, it will interesting to see how this
plays out; this would be the biggest short squeeze of the year if not
decade.
