becomes available. That means, you can buy at 30k, sell at 31k, and then you

比如, 我就10K, 日期T我全买了IBM, 然后又全卖了IBM. T+1我买了HP.
IBM的钱是T+3settle,HP的钱是T+4settle, 所以可以不用等就买HP.
fidelity可以这样. IB是不是也可以啊?
