Each unit is with its own kitchen/bath shower/Living area.
For that small unit, rent goes like Hong Kong $4,500 a month.

他们不会住在中环或者浅水湾或者山后面
他们住到鸡场附近啥的
所以隐含的“工资多一半拿去住15平米小房子”不成立

把香港房价炒起来了。
现在好象香港已经不让房地产投资算投资移民的投资选择了
只让投资指定的一些股票，连etf逗不能投。

发帖数: 4342 | 7 是啊！ 香港同大陆不一样，很多家庭有好几个孩子。加上，房子本来就很小。
现在，新的毕业生工作不好找，工资不高，但是，物价很高。
I went there 2 months ago, it was much expensive then 2 years ago.
