整个transaction要31号才能settle，如果在这之前卖出的话可能现金不

发帖数: 23 | 2 All cash accounts in fidelity have the same issue. IRA is a cash account. If
your regular account is also a cash account (not margin account), you will
have the same issue.

you cannot sell that other stock before 10/31; otherwise, it is a free ride
