写错了，应该是countrywide
spinoff countrywide 组建一个新公司，让美银自己飞腾
还有个说法是JPM/WFC 竞价 take over countrywide
上周莫尼汉把赔钱拖后腿的欧洲美林踢给了瑞士

能接手countrywide; 除非有wachovia那样的大deal，WFC是不会出手的，况且现在的
countrywide 怎么能和当年的wachovia比？

off the liablity from Country wide.
This is the worst deal for BAC, they probably did it to help the government
at that time.
I just bought a foreclosure from bank of America, it will close next week.

BAC former CEO Lewis made big mistake. He is more like 正统的business man,
completely has no sense about economic, and wall street 凶险。
He 急喉候地 bought Countrywide and ML at very high price. Looking back
if BAC didn't buy Countrywide, I guess government probably would have to beg
someone to take over. If BAC showed less interest to buy ML, ML could be
acquired at 1/10-1/5 of BAC paid($50B stock swap). Even if ML was acquired
by the other(say WFC), BAC could get Waiwu or someone else. At that time as
long as you have cash, government will beg you to buy.
如果这两部棋走好，BAC 可以发 financial industry 灾难财。It could be another
JPM now, or many be even better than JPM.
可惜啊！可惜这世界没有如果。还没有快于光速的东东can see the future.
