PRO:
The book value(excluding good well) is very high. Over 22/share. It's
international mortgage business is very profitable(in Canada/Auatria).
US mortgage business is improving, it sets enough reserve for the
foreclosure inventories
CON:
Some of its business, like LTC(long term care), they priced too low when
they started the business, so people do have doubt if they set aside enough
reserve for these business. They did take some price action this year.
Housing in Canada/Austria is very high, so people still think the market
might crash one day.
Although the stock is cheap from the valuation point of view, but it will be
very rough ride.

INSURANCE好转，
GNW还没飚过，应该会有一飚，他家主要是受累于LIFE INSURANCE，不过资金雄厚倒是
不可能的，
现在就看什么时候飚了。
