其实牺牲了工薪阶层很多利益，考虑到中产阶级人数众多，增加的税收总额，可能中产
比富人阶级还要多，最少中产和富人各打五十大板，奥8什么地方大胜了 ？ |

In the United States, payroll taxes are assessed by the federal government.
Social Security and Medicare taxes

老金。
所以，对的，你交的钱再养老人，可是等你老了，你没钱拿了，所以你需要401k，自己
养自己 |

payroll tax本来就是6.2%，前两年因为经济危机，O8的经济刺激方案临时减到4.2%。
当时你为什么不说O8的这个临时减税方案对工薪阶层最有利？
