CEO gets almost half of the all dividend money, because he owns more than 40
% of the shares.
If no dividends in this two weeks, it would be a concern for me.

from 4c to 5c per quarter, absolute money wise, this is a small amount, but
percentile wise, that is a 25% increase. Very rare that a company can lift
dividend this much.
i think this is a big deal and important gesture to give investor confidence
. I am thinking about adding some xin.
