失总觉得不大可能。成千上万的loan在两房和银行之间卖来卖去呢

1) Government would allow FNMA get out of conservatorship.
2) Government/IRS would allow FNMA use tax credit to pay for the debt from
the government. That would reduce the debt from the government significatnly.
3) Government would allow FNMA continue to play important role in the
mortgage market.
After that, the remaining government's loan could convert into FNMA's common
shares. So no one knows the fair value for FNMA even everything does happen.
Warning: if you have not made any money from this stock this year, stay away
from it. This stock could go down 50% in a matter of minutes.
