Both REIT are pretty strong right now, can easily access wall street for
more money.
Of course, you buy it only if you plan to hold at least one year for its
yield.
Risk, if the company decide to redeem the stock at 25, then you lost a
little bit money.
Of course, if interest rate going up sharply, you can also lost lots of
money.
Just like any investment, even both companies are strong right now, no one
knows what will happen to them in the future. So diversification is the key.

For example, at Scottrade, ras prefer c is RASpC(pay attention to capital
letter)
At etrade, it's like ras-pc(If I remember correct).
