USC student claims police told her she was NOT raped because the attacker

Dozens of USC students have filed a federal complaint against the school for
allegedly mishandling sexual assault and rape cases
In one case, a young woman said campus police dismissed her rape report

Another student said after the school dismissed her report of sexual assault

Tucker Reed, 23, claims her case was ignored even though she provided a
recording of her alleged attacker confessing to the crime
