any time. Maximum purchase limited to $2500 per stock per month. Purchases
will include partial or fractional shares. When you sell shares, LOYAL3 uses
a batch or combined order process, and typically executes trades only once
per day, which means that the price you will receive will differ, perhaps
significantly, from the market price of the shares available when you place

我目前发现的一些pros & cons
pros:
free
can buy IPO stock ($2500 max, only AMC IPO now, will probably see more in
the future)
seems like you can use credit card to pay for the IPO stocks
cons:
can only sell stocks once a day
sell is not executed immediately
only certain stocks are available for trade (mostly big famous brands)
no options
