如果是bac, 那么有可能是要和c合并。 至少绝对不会是破产前的放炮
如果是aci, 那么有可能是破产前的放炮，或者低价增发。 至少绝对不会是被高价收购。
如果是jcp, 那么有可能是低价增发。 至少绝对不会是寻求注资。 |

The current book value is $6 with estimated earning $0.12 for 2014. But, the
online educaiton company future is not looking good.
My personal feeling - hold for dead cat bounce, then cut the -25% losses.
