I don't follow XONE, but sounds normal to me.
Wall Street downgrades price bottoms and upgrades price peaks.
So downgrade typically means price may be bottoming, even though subsequent
rally may be limited.
This rule of thumb is rather short term and is a coarse rule, i.e. lacks
high accuracy and precision, which would require additional steps, e.g. use
of trend lines, to refine and achieve.

Well, precisely when was the downgrade?
I am a very lazy guy and did not bother to
check on anything. I don't even know what
XONE makes or what price it is selling at.
So my comment was casual, based on experience.
I am a contrarian, you are free to differ.
