moment.
as with who will lose, stock Mkt is not a zero sum game, so no one need to
lose money per se, but a lot of paper profit will vaporate. just like when u
see in the news "trillions wipe out in one day", it's actually quite
meaningless

Though when ppl pay tax for their realized profit, it shouldn't be only
paper profit, at least irs.gov won't think so.
