Bears gained power on Sep 30, when a very solid company THRM dropped > 10%
at open just because Ford underperformed its peers like GM.
Then bears got overly confident when they bashed semiconductor simply
because MCHP was lagging behind its peers.
Today SWKS gapped up on strong guidance revision.A very bearish island top
formation has suddenly become island bottom (bear trap).
Bears need to be watchful.Bulls may regain the upper hand during the
upcoming earnings season.
But bulls need to wait for some confirmation to re-enter. Watch for $SPX

months. We may see lower quotes ahead.
But over-confidence is always dangerous.
The truth is market is in indecision.
Bears are as weak as before.
The current slide is just because bulls are hesitating and exited positions
at the moment.
Maybe they are waiting for the picture in Europe and China to clear up. |
