TWLO and ACIA look similar path, peak at about 3x-4x of IPO price, then

两天），可能有反弹。对TWLO，是41.73. 对ACIA，是
65.80. 不过ACIA好像更solid，不见得跌那么多。
ACIA lockup expiration is 11/9. TWLO是12/20 (ER 11/3).
对ACIA，8/12的gap 上沿83有可能反弹。不过要保险的话，等11/9号左右吧。(ACIA ER
is 11/10).

being offered by certain selling stockholders. 应该没多少dilution吧。但是
offer price 40，应该可以到吧。
ACIA也是10/4搞了secondary offering at $100 per share。

but luckily because I believed ACIA would go below $85 again before it will
be up to $95, so I did sell it at $90.x. Now will buy back maybe $73.x
look like TWLO ER is going to crash as well next week.
