working with my advisor in the university till now. But now when I asked my
advisor for this whole year's salary, She refused to give me a payment. she
told me it is illegal to get the additional workload and payment (all I did
for her), except my job salary.
Can I keep two jobs during the period of OPT? If yes, anybody can give me a
link to the related policy/rules? Thanks. |

The studpid thing I did is that I forgot to sign contract with her before
starting to work with her. I was working for her for the whole year, now she
refused to pay me in the excuse of no contract in place and treantened me
that she would notify my current employer about my additional workload and
payment.

我已经咨询过律师和相关政策,回复她我现在是合法给她干活的。我不介意她告诉我现
在的老板我还在做另一分part-time (我已经跟我现在的老板坦白说了).
这老太太就不提我身份的事情了。现在赖我没怎么给她干活。说我一年里有好几个月都
没做什么东西。气死我了.
在我毕业之前，已经给她作了２年的RA了，关系一直还不错。所以毕业后她问我愿不愿
意继续给她做。我没多想就答应了。也没想合同不合同的事情.这是我最失误的地方.
现在唯一能证明我去年一年里给她干活的就是我保留了我们之间所有的email.因为她都
是通过email给我派任务的. |
