FSA money I put for the calender year 2008 is greater than $5000 (the
contribution from my employer and LD's employer).
The total dependent expenses is greater than $10000 for year 2008. Can I get
all reimbursed from my FSA account and pay the tax when I submit the tax

I think between your two w2, you would have more than $5000 in box 10.
Just type the numbers into tax software and see what happens.

I picked taxcut this year just because there was a deal to make it free.
I used turbotax for the past 4-5 years I think.
