1. HSA can carry forward from year to year. FSA is one year limite "use it
or lose it"
2. If you choose HSA, FSA only can pay for Orth and vision. FSA cannot pay
general medical doctors. HSA usually goes with high deductable BCBS
insurance.
3. If you plan to have orth for your kids or tourself, please put them aty

is possible to have both accounts if you are single. If you have family or
kids, it is better to have regular insurnace ( low deductable insurance and
cover more cost to have a peace of mind, plus FSA.

HSA好处多多，反正放在那里以后用也可
