we've waiting for this refund for about 4 months and finally get it this
morning.
Our case is a little bit complicated. Our status is married file joint. My
husband's status is resident alien and all my income is fellowship which was
held for 10%+ taxes as I don't enjoy the treaty for some reason. As we file
