My parents will stay in the US with B2 visa for at least 183 days this year.
Does anyone know how to apply ITINs for them? Thanks!

You applied it when you submitted the tax return next spring. Attached the
W7 form to your 1040 tax return form.
Get their copies of passport notarized, and they need to sign the W7.
