我查了条款 好像是不可以的。但看了一些post说可以，到底怎么样呢？

是不是我理解的有问题？
有类似经验的同学么？

starting date for 2007 is the first day of the earliest 31-day period that
you use to qualify for the choice. You are treated as a U.S. resident for
the rest of the year.
所以应该是10.1h1b开始算？ 结婚与否有影响么？
