Most of us paid the tax agents for filing the files. Even they might be the direct responsible side, are they irrelevant to the problem at all?
The information is very scattered here.

That's why I went to agent every year.
And from my observation, usually the 版主 will summarize the hot topic in that board.

付全部责任,包括经济和法律上的.

What they gave me is a small receipt with the money number I paid.
But they signed on my tax files as the agent.

我好像记得前不久有个帖子说在HRblock那边的agent就保证如果audit发现是他们的错,
他们负责补交所有的钱.

，最终的责任人还是你。

目前看来,税法复杂,应该是造就了一个卖方市场.
美国的会计师一年里就是报税的时候挣钱,就和商场里就圣诞节挣钱似的.
