Chinese in People's Republic of China is world famous for exceptional high
saving rate--more than forty percent of their income--higher than Japanese.
Besides, if Chinese spend freely, why does Beijing worry about promoting
domestic spending? Your descriptions about Chinese contradicts all reports
in Western media.
