了脚下一般都笨，要通过特别的训练才能改善。小个子的问题是发球很吃亏，而且一般
女子个子小了力量会差很多。

发帖数: 10373 | 6 当然个子矮footwork会更好，反应会更快.但要跑多许多路程,尤其准备阶段要比个高的要费时费力许多,所以身体素质的训练要加强许多.而且发球很吃亏,个高的就更省力了.
另外个高的一般比个矮的力量大,除非个高的营养不良,加上击球点高的天然优势,form不用很好,用蛮力也可以overpower了.个矮的拼命举铁或者苦练form才能抗行.当然用drop shot前后调动是拖垮个高的一个方法,但也很容易给overhead干掉.

还是她的正手，
女子里面太少见了。大概跟她平胸有关，呵呵

is hard to handle with signle hand back hand.

但根据我们对手的判断,至少有4.0.该mm打了四年的high school,现在在college里打,
身材矮小,但相当fit,我在前场活蹦,她在后场乱跳.有不少lob过我的球,她都帮我cover
了.让我在网前可以更agreesive.尤其一次,她在service line附近,救了一个球摔到了,
结果对方又在网前把球截击回她的位置,我想补位已经太晚了,想不到她已经站了起来,
又把球挡回去了...身手之敏捷,身体素质之好,真让我感叹,年轻真好呀!
另外她在no man's land的half volley每一个都打了回去,而且还是full swing的,哎,
经过训练还是不同,again,年轻真好呀!

female players can hit ball so much harder. Think that even Safina won so
many matches, and her only weapon is her powerful strokes.
Clijsters can hit ball soooo hard. I personally think her balls are even
heavier than Williams sister's. that saves her some troubles.
for Henin, it's unlikely if the ball is deep. her weapon will be movement
and pace changing. it's harder these days if she cannot counterpunch

don't have effective second serve, they will be in trouble against Henin.
Venus lost a lot of matches on clay even she has big first serve. her
second serve is flawed. she use slice on second serve a lot, and other
players can easily guess where she places it. |
