the ball back to the baseline. I will do other remaining things, like net/
volley, chasing down all the balls.

less than 180 lb. The effect is obvious. Now I can play 3+ hr
matches. But the bad side is my ankles need rest. They can not
handle that much running with this kind of weight :( I twisted
there times in my last three matches. Maybe I should rest a week
without any match. Just practice serves for 30+ minutes everyday
will help them to recover.

I am sure rabit mm can't kill the high balls close to the baseline but don't
know how good her LG is.
The double strategy is about how to cover the weakness of the team. So it
doesn't matter if you don't have good or consistent backhand or forehand. As
long as you have one weapon to use, we can just maximize and get the
benefit from it.
But one thing I worry about is, like what you said, such strategy doesn't
work for indoor!
