发帖数: 615 | 6 Nadal原来发球和Agassi一样，一发二发都是上旋球，这就是他的一发进球率比一般球
员高的原因。这次美网Nadal他一发减少了上旋，增加了平击，球速是比以前快了不少
，但落点控制不很精准，最后几场比赛他的一发很多时候又改回上旋。

1) Pronation is very important in serving in generating power.
2) Continental grip is the most natural grip that will force the player to p
ronate (If you think about it, with continental grip, you will have to prona
te in order contact the ball with the strings, otherwise, you will be hittin
g the ball edge-on on the frame).
Of course, 2) is debatable.

Pronation is critical to generate power in serve...and you need continental
grip to be able to pronate.
If you are using eastern grip, you do not need to pronate.
