marathon because of a bet he had last winter with Andy Roddick. Depending
on Gimelstob’s final time, assuming that he finishes (!), some money will
go to either Gimelstob’s Children’s Fund or Roddick’s Foundation. If
Gimelstob passes the finish line in under four hours and forty-five minutes,
then Roddick has to pony up $10,000 for charity and if Gimelstob takes

of shape。。。

去年我在美网还碰到joachim noah也来看球，我上去问他能否合影，称呼他Mr. Noah（
因为一着急忘了他的first name），结果他笑着说：That's what people call my

发帖数: 2354 | 7 恩，确实身体的极限不断push就能有长进，我记得自己以前训练5k时候把pace从9分提
高到8分有多痛苦，结果也还是坚持下来了。其实，就算按照9分钟来跑马拉松，也能在
4小时左右，普通人都是非常doable的，有点体育基础的前tennis pro们更是不在话下。

里产生了很多恶毒的想法，唯一的inspiration就是，马上就跑完了，马上就跑完了。
