有一个参加National的#1 single player（除了在Sectional输给我0&1外)本赛季全胜
。他ESR是4.0。按说YER不应该低于4.0。结果由于Sectional输我太多，被搞回3.5。
注：ESR是在Sectional之前出来。 |

ratings of the whole team.

don't have a 2010 league right now.

Adult league is the only one can generate C/B ratings.

league while most other places have entered 2011 season.

algorithm is far from perfect. I heard that some B players just appealed
successfully.
