发帖数: 454 | 1 I am reasonably healthy but find I pant so much during longer rallies--I
first thought it's just the nature of the game but I realized sometimes my
opponent, supposedly less athletic than me, pant less than I do, which made
me suspect that I do not breathe properly. Particularly, I feel I hold my
breath sometimes during rallies.
Obviously I feel I need to force myself to breath more regularly. I also
read that one is supposed to breathe in when the ball is coming at you and
breathe out at the hitting point.
Any suggestions or insights? Thanks. |
